At a beautiful location about 12 kilometers outside of Torrevieja in the park Residencial Zenia Mar; at about 4 kilometers from beautiful sandbeaches, some of which in little bays, you can rent this corner apartment right next to the swimming-pool with a garden where you can sunbathe..

For the golfers there are, within 7 kilometers, 3 exciting 18 hole courses; Lomas de Campoamor, Las Ramblas en Villamartin. The fourth course is still under construction and will be opened sometime in 2002..

The house is fit for 4 persons.

In front of the house there is a terrace with a driveway for one car; at the back there is a patio garden of 25 m2, accessible through a door in the kitchen. On the second floor there is a large 17 m2 sunterrace, with a sea view....

The house also comes with satellite TV with a wide variety of Dutch, English and German channels..
